Rotating Draft Beers From Local Breweries

For all of our beer lovers, we have great news!

We are excited to announce that we are featuring rotating draft beers from Fieldwork (in Berkeley) and HenHouse Brewing (in Santa Rosa).

Why? Because these master brewers care just as much about the quality of the ingredients that go into their beers as we do in our dishes! And when you work with the best ingredients, you come out with a superior product.

From Fieldwork, the "1502 Vienna Lager" is a slightly darker golden lager, perfect with our Salsiccia Pizza with kale and ricotta. The beer is all about the malt character with its notes of biscuits, torta bread, raw cane sugar, and flaked cereal. Think Mexican Amber Lager with a European Lager twist.

The "Deep State IPA" from HenHouse is made from Citra and Amarillo hops, gracefully cutting through the richness of our Pappardelle with Braised Beer Tenderloin Ragu. Their IPAs (Incredible Pale Ale, according to the brewer) vary from season to season, as they hop farms every harvest and select the lots of those key hops that meet their standards for maximum deliciousness.

There are plenty of other food and beer pairings to try at Servino! Visit us and let our amazing servers recommend the perfect drink for you.

Cheers!!
